2023 Fall Trail Program

Registration Deadline passed.

Ten weeks of trail run fun!  Join us for a 10 week trail program that helps build muscle, endurance, and strength for trail running.  This program will incorporate road, grass, rocks and trails throughout group training runs meeting twice a week. We will work toward training for either 4.4 or 7.6 mile trail race at Sand Creek this Fall.  Along the way we’ll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs, cross training options and education on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you!

We will meet twice a week on Thursdays at 5:45pm and Sunday mornings at 8:00am.
