The Half- and Full-Marathon level is designed to help you maximize your commitment at these popular, yet challenging, distances. This is not a run/walk program. You should already be running at least 20 miles per week for the 13.1 Program and 25 miles per week for the 26.2 Program on your own when training begins. There is also a virtual option for this program, as well. Please be sure to submit your medical waiver to your coach before or at your first workout. You will not be able to begin your training without your medical waiver.
