2023 Spring Half Marathon

You can do 13.1! This Half Marathon Training Program is a 12-week program designed to prepare experienced runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned marathoners meet a new performance goal.  The program includes a training plan designed by experienced coaches, group runs twice weekly, and some cool swag.  We will also provide information on nutrition cross-training workshops to keep you feeling strong through the long runs.  Some suggested graduation races include the Illinois Half Marathon on April 29th or at the Flying Pig Half Marathon in Cincinnati, OH on May 7th.
