Malta 5K Beginner Virtual Fall 2022 Distance Project

This training program is designed for new runners or people who wish to return after a running hiatus. We'll help you cross the finish line of a 5K (3.1 miles) rave in just 10 weeks. All participants will have access to Zoom clinics and our growing video training library. Please be sure to submit your medical waiver to your coach before or at your first workout. You will not be able to begin your training without your medical waiver.
