I would like to enter and participate in Fun Runs, Pub Runs, Store Events, and Training Programs (the “Event”), hosted, in part, by Klein Running Co., Inc. d/b/a FLEET FEET SPORTS (the “Event Director”). In consideration of the Released Parties (defined herein) accepting this entry and allowing me to participate in the Event, I, the participant, for myself and my heirs, successors, and assigns, hereby waive, release, and forever discharge, Event Director, the participating Fleet Feet franchised business, Fleet Feet, Incorporated, and their affiliates, successors and assigns, shareholders, members, partners, officers, directors, managers, agents, employees, representatives, and volunteers (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all responsibilities or liability arising from injuries or damages to me or my personal property resulting from my participation in the Event. I agree not to file suit or grievance or make any claims against the Released Parties in any local, state, or federal court or administrative office on account of any injuries or damages covered herein.

REFUND POLICY There will be no refunds given after the start of the program. I understand that adverse weather conditions are a possibility and are out of the control of the Fleet Feet Sports training program. I understand this class may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, including weather service alerts for dangerous air quality. I understand that no refunds or make-up classes will be given in the event of cancellation for adverse weather conditions. Furthermore, I understand participation in running and conditioning programs carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries, and thus no refunds will be given in the event of such circumstances.
