Make It A Mile - Winter 2022

Make it a Mile is a four-week, 8 sessions, program designed to help beginning runners take the first steps toward completing their first mile.

The program includes a safe, guided training plan that will allow you to work at your own pace in a non-judgmental environment. At the end of the four weeks, you'll be able to run or walk one mile feeling healthy, happy, and strong.

This group meets in Burbank on Mondays and Thursdays at 6:30 pm beginning January 3, 2022
