Spring into Action (5K)

If you are new to the sport and have never run a day in your life, this is the place to get started! We are here to teach you the best training practices, provide a fun group to run with twice a week, and encourage you all the way to that finish line. For those athletes who are more seasoned and maybe have been running for years, this group is here to push you to a new PR. Spring into Action will be an 8 week structured and organized program designed to help you reach your goals. Our coaches will be there every step of the way to push you and support you when life and training gets overwhelming. Let’s get out there and crush the Rumpshaker 5K together as a team!

Program includes: 

- 8 week program (a total of 16 group runs)
- Weekly email with a detailed training schedule for the week 
- Group warm-ups, drills, and mechanics training before each run
- Run with one of our coaches twice a week 
- Kick-off event
- End-of-training celebration

Quick Overview
Season Logistics: Tuesdays @ 6 pm and Saturdays @ 7 am at Veterans Park in Hoover
Group Runs Begin: Saturday, January 29, 2022 - 7 am - Veterans Park
