WalkFit Training Program - Spring 2015

Are you a BEGINNER? Do you want to improve your health and fitness? Did you know that WALKING is a great exercise? Fleet Feet Sports now offers a safe, welcoming place for you to get fit, make friends, and have fun! At Fleet Feet, we encourage you to exercise at your own comfortable pace and we are focused on YOUR success. Fleet Feet Orlando WalkFit training Co-Ed training program: Session 1 will be located at Fleet Feet Sports In Altamonte Springs. Walking in groups is the focus with nutrition and proper stretching routines. This is a social beginners program for those of you who do not run. This program will operate simultaneously with our NO BOUNDARIES Couch to 5K program. Our WalkFit mentors and our own Coach Deb, who will be entering her 5th year or Inspiring hundreds to complete their first 5K, will guide you through to the next level.
