2021 Summer 5K Training Program

Our group is perfect for those who have run their first 5K and want to improve but are not yet ready for longer distances or for seasoned runners who want to meet a new 5K goal. We have two group workouts and provide two homework assignments per week. We will also give information regarding many topics such as: hydration, nutrition, preventing injuries, proper gear, and more. Plus, you will have the camaraderie of others just like you! Come join us...running changes everything!
