Long Runs Session 1 2021

This is a fun road running group. We will focus on the first half of marathon training and training for half marathons. Some of our group will be training for the Chicago Marathon. It's a combo group so we plan for a long run on Saturdays based off marathon training, but the route will plan for a half marathon distance too.  For example, our first run will be 4-8 miles.  And if you just like to run at 7am and just go for a couple of miles with the group, that's great too.  If you don't have race plans but like to run long, this is still a good group for you.  We meet on Wednesday afternoons at 5:45 pm and on Saturday mornings: initially at 7am but as the summer goes on and our runs get longer we will start earlier.  Guided routes and water are provided.
