Summer Speed Series 2021

Join Fleet Feet Running club every Tuesday night for a speed workout at the track! A weekly workout will be provided by local running coach and Physical Therapist, Suz Becker, but feel free to do your own workout or simply come and run around the track. 

This 8 week track program is an opportunity for you to become a faster, stronger and more efficient runner regardless of your preferred distance.  A thorough dynamic warmup will be part of each workout.  Each workout will have experienced mentors to provide support. 

All Paces/Levels are welcome.

 

Registration is $75.  Cost includes weekly workouts and you will receive a Fleet Feet Running Club shirt at the end of the 8 weeks!  You will also receive in store discounts throughout the series and a $10 off coupon.
