Intermediate 5K Training - Spring 2021

Intermediate 5K Training is perfect for participants who are looking to run a faster 5K race! This group will focus on pace and form, as well as emphasize continuous running. During the 8 week program, you'll be introduced to different components of training that will help build speed and strength to ensure you reach the finish line as a healthier and happier runner. The program not only includes a training plan, but a professional coach, and a team atmosphere with the camaraderie of others just like you.

Throughout the program, weekly group training sessions will keep you motivated and moving. Saturday's group workout will include speed or interval training.  You will have access to a full training calendar with other runs/workouts to do on your own. Training mileage may be longer than the race distance. If you can already run 3 miles without stopping, this plan designed for YOU in mind.

Training starts on Saturday, May 8th, 2021.
