Beginner 5K Training - Spring 2021

Our Beginner 5K training program is structured to help you cross the finish line in just eight weeks. This group is for new runners looking to complete their first 5K race or for runners that may be coming back from some time off or an injury. The program not only includes a training plan with walk and run options, but a professional coach, and a team atmosphere with the camaraderie of others just like you. Throughout the program, weekly group training sessions will keep you motivated and moving and include educational clinics that cover topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury.

Training starts on Saturday, May 8th, 2021.
