2021 Half Marathon: FINISH - Spring

The Spring 2021 Half Marathon: FINISH Training Program is a 10 week program that meets two times a week and is designed to prepare runners and walkers for their first ever endurance event or for athletes who want a training program with less volume. This program will educate on endurance training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, pacing and running autonomy. This Spring 2021 season will be geared towards the Indy Mini.
