2021 Spring Speed and Distance Training

This is not an active group.

Fleet Feet Running Club presents the first speed and distance training group.

This is perfect for those who have upcoming races, or who just want some guidance and company for speed work on Tuesdays and long runs on Saturdays.

Cost: $75 Kick-off and first long run: Saturday, February 13, 2021@ 7am

Training days: Tuesdays at 6am or 6pm and Saturdays at 7am

Meeting locations: Fleet Feet and other locations tbd

Benefits: 10 weeks of speed workouts and organized long runs

Fleet Feet Running Club shirt

Mapped long runs of 8-15 miles with turn by turns

Access to experienced coaches and employees to answer any and all questions
