We believe the 5k is a great distance to train for! Whether you’re learning to be a runner or a seasoned athlete, we want to make it fun and accomplishable.

 

Ignite! offers training tiers based on three goals:

  • Run/walk a 5k
  • Run a 5k
  • Run a 5k faster

 

Our winter 2020-2021 Ignite! session is designed to keep you healthy and fit through the holiday season. Our coaching and curriculum is created with the winter season's temptations and schedule interruptions in mind, culminating in a sparkling and extra special race day on January 3, 2021!
