January Winter Warrior Training Program ( 4 week)

Kick it in gear for the new year! Enjoy a daily schedule of running/walking workouts to keep you active throughout the winter. Participate in two group run/walks per week.. This session is open to walkers and runners of all levels. The group workouts are time-based, so you can walk or run your own pace and distance. During this program coaches and mentors will be available for up to three hour group workouts. Workout time will be based on individual goals. 

 

Program runs: January 4th-January 30th

Group workouts: Tuesdays 5:30 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am

Program Fee: $45

Note:  We will be offering three 4 week programs through the winter. November-December-January. If you are looking to participate in all three sessions, do not register here. Be sure to sign up for the Winter Warrior 3 month challenge for all three months and receive a discounted rate. You must register for the 3 month challenge by November 10 or you will need to register for each program separately.
