Sept. 2-Oct. 10.  Wednesdays at 5:45 and Saturdays at 8 am 

 

For any kind of runner looking to learn more about the sport!  Every Wednesday, we will meet for a run focused educational piece at 5:45 PM.  At 6:15 we run for 45 minutes in a directed workout.  On Saturdays, the coaches will offer distances based on the group needs (long and short options, even walk to run).  This group receives 10% in store purchases through the duration (Saturday Oct. 10), a hydration bottle "carry-able" for your runs, and weekly instruction!
