10K Virtual Running & Walking Group

We have updated our Fall 2020 Training Programs to ensure that each and every Fleet Feet runner and walker gets the most out of their virtual experience! Whether this is your first time running and/or walking, or you've gotten back into it - this program will get you running or walking a 10K over the 10 week period!

Our Virtual Training group will hold you accountable, support you throughout your journey, and connect you with others who have similar fitness goals! We have taken all the fun and support that you would get in our in-person groups and put it into a virtual program designed to get you moving. Over the course of the training you can expect weekly newsletters, zoom check-ins, and support of where you are now and where you want to go!

Here’s what you get:

  • Email newsletter sent to you each week with your weekly workouts, tips and tricks for the 10K runner/walker, and any other pertinent information
  • Weekly zoom call with your coach and fellow participants to check-in, help with accountability, and answer any questions you may have
  • Beginner and Intermediate training plans with day-by-day instructions and workouts to follow
  • Workouts designed to help build speed and endurance Private Facebook group to check-in and support one another
  • Technical Program Shirt
  • 10% discount for all in-store purchases

Why you should train with us:

  • You will get support and accountability for completing workouts and building fitness
  • We will cover lots of “how tos” like, warming up, cooling down, stretching, injury prevention, nutrition, hydration, breathing, form, motivation, and goal setting
  • We make it fun! We’ll have weekly challenges and games that will keep it interesting and engaging
  • You’ll be able to meet new people who have similar goals as you

Important Information:

  • 10 weeks of training
  • Program runs from August 31st through November 8th
  • You can train for any Half Marathon you choose
  • All levels, all paces, all are welcome to join
  • Cost: $60 (does not include the race registration fee)
