13.1 Fast (Fall 2020)

Join the Fleet Feet Running Club with the 13.1 Fast program. This program will help take ! During this 12-week program, we'll help take you to the finish line of the BHM26.2 half marathon in October.

Program includes: 
- 2 group training sessions a week (Tuesday nights at 6 pm, Saturday mornings at 7 am)
- Training plan that is emailed weekly
- Clinics each week
- Fleet Feet Running Club technical shirt
- Shopping discount nights
- Kick-off event
- End-of-training celebration

Quick Overview:
Season Logistics: Tuesdays @ 6 pm, Saturdays @ 7 am at Veterans Park in Hoover
First Training Date: Tuesday, July 14, 2020 - 6 pm - Veterans Park
Goal Race: BHM 26.2 Half Marathon - Oct. 4
