Fleet Feet Albany & Malta is starting up a new virtual training program for those who are not yet ready to commit to in-person training, or have a schedule that makes training with the in-person group difficult.

 

Coach Mark Mindel, long-time half- and full-marathon coach at Fleet Feet Malta with 40+ years of experience, will be overseeing a program for 5K advanced, 10K, half- and full-marathon that will run from Sunday, May 9-Sunday, July 4. 

 

For many of us, the pandemic has led to inconsistency, as well as a lack of focus in our running. This program doesn’t have a specific goal race; instead, its intention is to establish consistent habits, greater fitness, and help you to develop your running to meet future goals however you may define them. The benefit of training with an experienced coach means that everything you do has a specific purpose. It’s a great feeling knowing that your training is always leading to progress. 

 

This virtual training group will allow you do do your training in any location.

 

Training groups will also have access to our developing library of instructional videos which will be incorporated to enhance training.

 

A completed medical waiver will be required before undertaking either program.

 

The virtual program will cost $80 for the session.
