2020 Fall Trail Program

If you have never taken your running off-road, Fall is the perfect time to give it a try!  You can't beat the scenery.  Join Fleet Feet Decatur's Fall Trail training program, which is designed for walkers and runners of all fitness levels. This is a comfortable, non-intimidating, supportive environment for everyone. Meet new friends, be accountable to your peers/coach and find new walking routes - all while increasing your fitness level. Learn the importance of proper trail running techniques, stretching and much more from our knowledgeable coach and mentors. Move at your own pace and focus on your success while training to complete a 4.4 mile trail run. 

Our group sessions will be on Thursday evenings beginning at 5:30pm and Sunday mornings beginning at 7:30am. Sept 3- Oct 11
