2020 Running Is Not Cancelled: Virtual Endurance Training

Now more than ever, we need the extra motivation, support, inspiration, and camaraderie that training programs provide. 

Our 8-week Running is Not Cancelled Endurance Training Program is perfect for the more experienced runner who has some base miles under his/her belt and is looking to maintain running fitness: recommended for those who have consistently been running 4-5 times per week while averaging 20 miles per week over the last 3-4 months. 

Once registered, you will receive information about our virtual platform with instructions on setting up your account and downloading FREE app.   

The program includes weekly training schedule, Zoom meetings featuring different running-related topics presented by professionals in the industry, full access to coaches via email and text, motivation of a group, virtual goal event and more!

Monday, Apr 20th 6:30pm

Completely virtual, our meeting will take place via Facebook Live.  Simply check in on Fleet Feet's Facebook Page at 6:30pm and join in.  Share this information with any of your friends and/or family who might also be interested in learning about our program.  

We'll review our virtual app platform, what to expect with your training schedule, scheduled virtual Zoom discussions and events and other aspects of the training program.

This week's topic - Perceived Effort Training: learn how external stressors,i.e. dehydration, lack of sleep, poor nutrition, can effect your performance by measuring RPE (rate of perceived exertion).
