In consideration of the foregoing, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns, waive and release any and all rights, claims, and causes of action that I have or may have against Fleet Feet Chico and its affiliates, their agents, officers, directors, successors and assigns, Esparza Smith LLC, City of Chico, County of Butte, State of California and any and all sponsors, their representatives and successors, that may arise as a result of my participation in the Fleet Feet Training Program and any pre- and post-run activities. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have sufficient training for completion of this program and a licensed doctor has verified my physical condition. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any photographs or event records for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising without any payment to me. This is to certify that I, as parent/guardian with legal responsibility for this participant age 16 years or older at the time of the program, do consent and agree to his/her release as provided above of all the Releasees, and, for myself, my child, and our heirs, assigns, and next of kin, I release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liabilities incident to my minor child's involvement or participation in these programs as provided above, even if arising from the negligence of the releases, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You must bring water to all workouts. If you do not have this item, your coach may ask you not to run that day.

Your last day to request a refund is Saturday March 28th at midnight. There are no exchanges to other programs and there are no transfers to other people.
