The 5K Finish program is structured to help you cross the finish line, whether you've done it before or not. The 8-week training plan includes walk and run options, a professional coach, and a team atmosphere with the camaraderie of others just like you. Weekly group training sessions will keep you motivated and moving, while educational clinics will keep you informed.
