2020 Deep Stretch Run Recovery Class

This class is perfect for runners and active athletes. Led by Karen Ponzoni, CPT, RYT200, RYTYIN and Yoga for Athletes instructor, this 60-minute recovery stretch class targets the connective tissue around the joints having a longer lasting affect on range of motion. Exercise mat is required for the class, along with a towel if you would like extra padding. Stretch strap is recommended.
