*Dear runners and walkers,  

In light of the growing concern regarding COVID-19, we are reaching out to let you know we will likely need to make changes to training should we find our federal, state, and local officials are still encouraging social distancing. The health and safety of the community, our customers, and our employees are our top priorities. 


While we are actively working on solutions for alternative plans, we will notify you as things change. In the meantime, we are closing registration. If you are able to, we ask that you bear with us as we work to navigate through the uncertainty of these times, and what may or may not be possible kickoff. Once we have a solution, we can apply your registration to the new event.

Join an amazing community of local runners. Trained coaches will help you stay motivated, complete a distance you never imagined you could, and help you earn a new personal record. This program is designed for people that are wanting to complete their first 10K distance at a walk or jog pace, or improve on their past 10K distance time.

We will train 8 weeks and the goal race is The Cooper River Bridge Run April 4th, 2020. Along the way we provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you!

Coached group runs will be Tuesday at 6pm at The North Augusta Greeneway, and Saturday at 8:00am at Savannah Rapids Pavilion. Group members will also have the option to Join Fleet Feet for our Fun Run/walk Thursday Workout at 6pm at Your Pie in North Augusta! 

GROUP KICK OFF: February 8th, 2020 @ 8:30AM @ Fleet Feet Augusta.

Training Package Includes ($85 before February 1st, $90 after February 1st): 2 coached group runs per week plus Thursday fun run/walk, weekly training schedules, educational clinics on topics such as injury prevention, form, and nutrition/hydration from the areas leading experts, Vendor Swag, Store discounts/sales events offered exclusively to training group participants, raffled prizes throughout the season, potential race entry fee discounts, accountability and camaraderie, and most importantly lots of Fun, Fun, Fun!

*This registration is for the training program only. Race registration is not included in the group fee.
