Vinyassa Slow Flow Yoga (September-November))

Join Berta Rewers, our certified yoga instructor for an 8 week Vinyasa Slow Flow/Yin Yoga series. The 60 minute class will meet in The Training Room between Fleet Feet Sports and Trek Bike Store each Thursday evening at 7:15 PM starting September 19th through November 21st. Yoga is a great cross training exercise for runners and bicyclists as it builds strength, flexibility and balance. Come out and try a free 30 minute class on Thursday, Sepetmber 12th at 7:15 PM. You will need to bring a yoga mat, a towel and a water bottle. Class size is limited to 20 participants. Early bird registration of $85 is available through Thursday 9/12 Regular price of $100 applies after 9/12 Drop-ins welcome for $14 per class.

*Please note there will be no class on the following dates: 9/26 or 11/14 the session has been extended to include 8 classes.
