Getting Started Trail Running: Training for 12K Distance

This is a 10-week program for new trail runners, or those who want to train for a shorter distance race than our half-marathon group. We'll be training for the Angel Island Enviro-Sports 12K race on July 25.

The class meets Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 8 a.m. The first class will meet at Fleet Feet Menlo Park; all subsequent meet-ups will be off-site, on the trail.
