2019 Fall and Queen Bee Training
Join the official training program partners of the Queen Bee for a 14 week program to get you ready for your Queen Bee 4 Miler and Half Marathon this year!
If you are looking to train for a Fall Full marathon, we will also be training for the Columbus Full Marathon on October 20, 2019! The Full program will last 15 weeks.
The 5K/10K Program will complete our Fall Training Program. This 14-week program will train for the Queen Bee 4-miler.
Training Details:
As always training will be offered in all THREE locations -- Blue Ash, Oakley & West Chester -- with our Head Coaches and our AMAZING Pace Group Leader Team.
Half/Full Marathon Workout Locations & Times:
We will meet weekly for our training workouts on the following days & times:
-Blue Ash: Tuesdays 6:30PM & Saturdays 7:00AM
-Oakley: Wednesday 6:30PM & Saturdays 7:00AM
-West Chester: Wednesday 6:30PM & Saturdays 7:00AM
No Boundaries Training Kick-Offs on Saturday, July 6 at Summit Park. We will start at 7:30 am with a brief info session & end with the groups Magic Mile.
