2019 Summer Program

Summer is a great time to work on a little strength and speed.  This program is for:

  • Beginner runners looking to start running
  • Runners looking to improve their time in the 5K or 10K 
  • Anybody who just wants a group to meet up with to run!

We will be targeting a 5K or 10K race at the end of this to keep you motivated! This is a great way to work into building speed and endurance for the upcoming fall racing season!

We will meet on Wednesday nights at 7pm in the Olmos Basin Park to do speed and strength work. 

Saturdays we will meet at 7 am at the Quarry store for a group run and special events.
