2019 Fall Half/Full Marathon Training

This 16 week group training is for the Prairie Fire Half or Full Marathon--or any Fall Half/Full Marathon. We meet formally 3 days a week (Tues, Thurs, Sat) and provide a specific daily schedule. You will have a specific pace group and mentor assigned to you. All paces are welcome--including walkers!
