2019 Clarksville Spring 10K Training Program

Our 10K Spring program is great for all levels of runners. It can also help existing runners meet new performance goals. Along the way we’ll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others in group! Additionally, you will receive expert coaching/mentoring to help inspire and motivate you on this training journey! At the end of the program, you will be ready for our goal race - The Wilma Rudolph 10K!* *race entry fee not included in training program

 

Kick Off Meeting: Tuesday April 23, 2019 at 7pm at Fleet Feet Clarksville

First workout: Tuesday April 30th 2019

Tuesdays: 6:00PM – Clarksville Greenway - Heritage Park Entrance (skatepark)

Saturdays 7:00AM – Clarksville Greenway Pollard Road Trailhead
