Personal Best 5k - 10k Program

Fleet Feet's Personal Best 5k - 10k Program is designed to prepare you for 5k to 10k race distances. We'll help you run your best, regardless of what your current ability is. Our training will include components of pacing workouts, interval training, and endurance training to help you run your personal best! We will also be teaching proper running form to help reduce injuries and to become more efficient runners. This program will start April 2. We will meet Tuesday's at 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 8 a.m. Our goal race is The Big Run on June 5! The program price of $85 also includes a free tech t-shirt, access to experienced coaches and exclusive discounts at Fleet Feet.
