FFRC Spring 2019 Trail Training

Program Start Date: Wednesday, April 3 Program Duration: 12 Weeks Join Fleet Feet Running Club for 12-Weeks of Trail Running! Explore some of our beautiful, local trails and have some fun with your running community. Our goal race is the Black Mountain 25K race on June 29th. Wednesday group runs at 6pm. Sundays, we will meet for our long runs at 7:00 am, utilizing our local trails and also incorporating some road runs. Each participant must carry at least a handheld water bottle during each run and trail shoes are recommended though not required.

The cost of the program is $75 and includes:

-12 Weeks of guided trail runs

-A Fleet Feet Running Club Training Shirt

-Store discounts during the program

-Vendor Product demos (and giveaways!)

-Post run snacks and beverages

-Access to your "trail guides" via email during the week

-The camaraderie of your fellow trail running community!
