Hill Yea! 10K Training Program
Join Fleet Feet Sports to train for the Hill Yea 10K in Gary, IN on Sunday May 19! This awesome race is full of beautiful scenery and challenging but doable hills! In order to prepare we will be incorporating biweekly hill training.
Program starts on Saturday, March 9th at 7am. Program Includes: *10 week training schedule *On site coaching from certified running coaches *Weekly coached group runs *biweekly hill training *Participant only, in store, merchandise discounts *Team support and encouragement *Top quality technical running shirt *Weekly educational clinics *Post run snacks and refreshments *Emailed advice and support by certified coaches *Entry into the Hill Yea 10K race. Dates To Remember: Please come to our Informational Meeting on Thursday, February 28th at 6 PM. Meet your coaches, other participants and find out what you need to start the program. This is a great opportunity to get all your questions answered. Group runs meet on Saturday mornings at 7 AM and Thursday evenings at 6:15 PM.
