2019 Spring Half Marathon-Downhill at Dawn
13.1 Miles??? Yes you can!!! Fleet Feet of Hickory can help build your endurance, speed and confidence by gradually increasing mileage, offering clinics on topics relevant to running success and healthy living, providing experienced coaches who offer valuable advice of form, pacing and tips to help with the process. This training group is great for any runner who has completed a 5K and yearns for more! The Half-Marathon Training group offers beginning and intermediate training plans. The beginner's training plan will focus on increasing distance to help you cross the finish line. The intermediate training plan will incorporate speed work and drills to not only help with distance but also achieve a faster pace. The group will be targeting Downhill at Dawn on May 25th, but anyone is welcome no matter what race you are training for!
