Spring Half Marathon 2019: Five-week extension class for the Capitola Half

Train for the Capitola Half Marathon with us!

This is an abbreviated program, with five weeks of training. It's designed as an extension to the Presidio 10 training program, or for runners who are already comfortable with runs of 8 miles. Our goal race is the Capitola Half Marahton on May 19.

The group meets Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 7:30 a.m.
