A Perfect 10: Train for the Presidio 10 Mile Spring 2019

Train for the Presidio 10 Mile Race with us! We'll meet Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 8 a.m. for group training runs, building toward the April 14 race in San Francisco. *

Our group runs will include skill-building and speed sessions on Tuesdays and the longest run of the week on Saturday mornings. The long distance run will build from 4 miles up to 10 to prepare for the race distance.

This program can feed into our five-week Capitola Half Marathon training program.
