Start your year right!

This one-month class will jumpstart your fitness goals. Designed for beginning and reentry athletes, this class will focus on fitness fundamentals to get you ready for walking and endurance training. We start wherever you are.

Classes meet Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday mornings at 9 a.m. for 45 minutes, with training on warm ups, cool downs, injury prevention, running form, and fitness principles to get you walking and running through the year.
