Curious about taking the 10K distance even further? Our new Endurance Progression Package might be just right for you! After the 10K goal race roll right into the 15K training for the Clinton Township Country Run and then continue to your final goal "destination" - the Superhero Half Marathon - by taking our half marathon training program.

Our program is a gentle progression that will guide you through each of the three distances in a safe way, ready to hit each of your goal races!  (Goal races are optional.)  Of course, the 10k, 15k and Spring Half programs can all be taken individually, as well.
