2019 Spring Half Marathon Training Program

The 10-week half marathon training program prepares runners for their first endurance event and will help seasoned racers meet a new performance goal. Get ready to be trained, educated, and moved to successfully and comfortably cross the 13.1 mile finish line. Training will start with a distance of 3-4 miles and build up over the course of the program. Make sure you have a solid 3-4 month foundation of 3 to 4 miles, 3 to 4 times a week prior to the start of the training program. Goal race is the Superhero Half Marathon in Morristown, New Jersey on Sunday, May 19, 2019.  Race registration is separate.

YOU MIGHT WANT TO CONSIDER OUR NEW ENDURANCE PROGRESSION PACKAGE:
Fleet Feet is offering for the first time, a package for those who want a challenge during the winter months.  Participants can start with the 10K Program, progress to already-in-progress 15k Program for the remaining 5 sessions, and then to the Half Marathon Program (another 6 sessions).  Find out the schedule and payment details on our Endurance Progress Package page
