2019 10K - 15K Progression
This is not an active group.
Take your training to the next level! This 8-week program is geared toward runners and walkers who are comfortable with 3 miles, but are looking to take it up a notch. We'll progress gradually, preparing you to complete the 10k distance. The group will meet twice weekly: Saturdays at 8:00am at Fleet Feet Montclair (Starting Saturday, February 2nd) and Tuesdays at 6:30pm at Verona Park (starting Tuesday, February 5th).
Our goal race is the Cherry Blossom 10k on April 7th in Branch Brook Park. Participating in the race is not mandatory; the race registration fee is not included in the cost of this program.

Fleet Feet is offering for the first time, a package for those who want to keep going after completing the 10K. Participants can join the already-in-progress 15k Program for the remaining 5 sessions.
