Whether you're running for the first time ever, trying to get back in shape, or just want to socialize with fitness-minded people, our 5K training group is specifically designed to get you there! Our unique, personalized approach combines skillful coaches, experienced ambassadors, proven training techniques, and the power of community to help you achieve your goals. Our spring season lasts 12 weeks, begins on Saturday, March 9 @ 9 AM, and trains for the The Big Run 5K which is held on June 5th, 2019. This race coincides with Global Running Day each year.


-Experienced Coaches and Ambassadors to assist and guide you throughout the season

-Two supported workouts per week mapped courses and an accompanying training schedule for other days Multiple pace groups from walkers, to intervals, to running

-Weekly training newsletters and an exclusive Facebook community for participants
