I RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Runners Anonymous and Fleet Feet Madison and Sun Prairie, any employees, sponsors, or other participants, owners and lessees of premises used to conduct events, owners and lessees of property inadvertently affected, and any of their officers, directors, members, volunteers, employees, agents, independent contractors and representatives (all referred to for purposes of this document as “releasees”), from all liability to me, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and kin of any degree for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demand of any kind, on account of injury or wrong done to me, or injury to or loss of my property, or resulting in my death, whether caused by the negligence of any releasee or otherwise, while I am in or upon a restricted area or competing, officiating, in, observing, working for, or for any purpose participating in any Fleet Feet Madison or Sun Prairie program, fun run or swim. I attest that I am in good health and physically capable of participating in swims, fun runs and walks, and my medical care provider has approved my participation. Further, I hereby release, consent to, and authorize, in advance, any such use of my name, photograph, voice or likeness by the foregoing parties in any manner they deem appropriate and necessary without remuneration to me.

If you discontinue the Fleet Feet running program by March 11, 2019 you will receive a full refund minus $10 fee for registration and processing. No refunds will be given after March 11, 2019. I understand that adverse weather conditions and injuries are a possibility and are out of the control of the Fleet Feet running program. I understand this class may be canceled due to adverse weather conditions, including weather service alerts for dangerous air quality. I understand that no refunds or make-up classes will be given in the event of cancellation for adverse weather conditions. Furthermore, I understand participation in running and conditioning programs carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries, and thus no refunds will be given in the event of such circumstance.
