10K Training (6.2 miles): This training program is a FLEET FEET special, training people for the Cooper River Bridge Run in South Carolina.  This awesome race draws out thousands of people and we have a special program just to train for this race! This is an 8 week training session with 2 coached workouts per week.  This is perfect for anyone that is comfortable running the 5K distance and wants to add a little more, but isn't yet ready for a half marathon.  What a great and memorable race to start your long distance running career!  We start with 3 miles and work our way up to and past 6 miles.  Coached workouts are designed to push you and make you stronger with hill work and faster pace runs as well as longer easy runs. 


This program is a FLEET FEET only program and has added value provided by the FLEET FEET brand along with the training program.  Perks include: Race entry fee, Fleet Feet runner corral for all Fleet Feet stores (one big happy family!), special Fleet Feet only bag drop,  special Fleet Feet finish area sponsored by Mizuno in Marion Square, and more special Mizuno brand perks!
