12-Week Program runs from February 11th - May 5th
$99 - Choose from 3 different training levels: Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced
Your 12-week training plan consists of periodized Base, Build, and Peak phases to maximize your training while minimizing injury risk. Whether you are a first-time marathon participant, novice runner, or a Boston-qualifying competitor, we have a training plan for you. Our elite team consists of knowledgeable coaches, experienced pace group leaders and mentors, and a support staff that includes physical therapists, athletic trainers, and a nutrition coach.
We offer two weekly meet ups to support you during your training.
• Our long runs are held on Sunday mornings from rotating locations around the city. These runs include pace groups, starting with a 7:30-8:30 minute per mile group and going up to a 12:30-14:00 minute per mile group.
• On Wednesday evenings, we offer coached speed work at Jefferson Middle School that is designed to complement your training.
The concurrent, complimentary "Tools of the Trade" workshop series will cover topics like running efficiency and economy, heart rate zone training, cross-training/strength-training for runners and active/passive recovery.
