Fall Bridge 2018

This training program is designed to bridge the gap between fall and winter programs.  Whether your goal is to get in shape, get faster, or bridge the gap between seasons; THIS IS THE PLAN FOR YOU!  We meet twice a week - Mondays and Thursdays at Fleet Feet.  Our workouts are designed to build running strength and develop muscle endurance.  Coaches will guide you through weekly workouts that focus on speed and efficiency using interval training on the track and on hills.    

This program comes with two workouts per week and a tapered weekly training schedule to help maintain fitness and endurance between seasons.  The program will end on December 20th, but the provided training plan will extend until January 7th.

When: Mondays and Thursdays at 6pm starting November 12th 2018

Length: 6 weeks

Program Cost: $70*

*Drop in prices are available at $8 per class with no additional training plan. Contact us for more details.

Prerequisites: No pace requirements!  All levels of running welcome.  It is recommended to be comfortable running approx 3 miles prior to starting.

 

Please note that for safety reasons this programs will require you to wear lights and reflective gear for afternoon training sessions.
