Winter Warriors 2019

This 8 week training program is designed to help you maintain your fitness and endurance between the warmer seasons.  Whether your goal is to get in shape get faster, THIS IS THE PLAN FOR YOU!  Our workouts are designed to build running strength and develop muscle endurance to keep you in shape all year long.  Coaches will guide you through weekly workouts that focus on speed and efficiency using interval training on the track and on hills.  We will meet on Monday at Youngs Physical Therapy and and Thursday at Fleet Feet for our group workouts.
 

Monday nights at Youngs PT will challenge you to build strength through cross training workouts. These sessions will help you build muscular endurance to improve your overall fitness. 

Thursday nights we will meet at Fleet Feet and our training will focus on running form and running endurance. Our workouts will be a combination of hill work, form drills, and speed workouts to help you run faster and with more efficiency.

  • Group Training Days: Mondays at Youngs PT and Thursdays at Fleet Feet both starting at 6:00pm
