Mission FitPossible 2019
Have a goal that you want to meet in the first part of 2019? We are here to help encourage you and hold you to it! We want you to succeed!
Maybe you want to lose weight, or run your first 5K, or make it a priority to exercise 5 days a week, or perhaps get stronger at the gym, or eat cleaner. Whatever your goal, we can help you get there!
With Mission FitPossible, you can "taylor-make" your goal and earn points working to achieve that goal.
You are invited to join us in a 6-week challenge to get moving, lose weight, get fit, get stronger or get faster! What is your "mission"?
As a participant, you will work on your own to meet complete your mission; we’ll provide support along the way:
- Optional weekly weigh-ins (all weigh-ins will be done privately in one of our dressing rooms & your actual weight will NEVER be revealed to others)
- Weekly email with tips, recipes and more
- Closed group page on Facebook with unlimited access to our coaches and the rest of the Mission FitPossible community
- Fun ideas to get out and moving around the Lowcountry
- Nutrition resources
- Opportunities to earn incentives along the way!

Are You Ready To Accept Your Mission? Register today!
The program officially begins January 13th, 2019. Sign up online or in person at Fleet Feet Sports Mount Pleasant or Fleet Feet Sports Summerville. Once you register, you'll receive a welcome email with more information, including how to sign on to our closed Facebook group page, as well as how to earn points throughout the program.
Mark your calendars for January 13th - January 19th, to come in the store to declare your mission! If weight loss is your goal, use this as your first official weigh-in! (Relax... all weigh-ins will be done privately in one of our dressing rooms... and your actual weight will NEVER be revealed to others.) You can also have measurements done at this time as well.
You will also have the opportunity to declare your "mission" on our Mission Fitpossible board. If you write it down and state it publicly, you are more likely to make it happen!
If getting more fit is your goal, we have a baseline fitness test that you can do at your home or gym. You will repeat the fitness test at the end of the challenge to see how much you have improved.
The Challenge will end on the weekend on March 1-3. Prizes will be awarded at that time.
